[Phone] Fingerprint identification is abnormal for Phone

When Fingerprint Identification isn't working on your phone, such as slow touch reaction or function failed , please follow below steps for troubleshooting：

1. Fingerprint identification may be affected by stains or wounds on fingers, please keep fingers clean.

2. Use clean and lint-free soft cloth to clean dust on fingerprint key

3. Restart your device.

4. Delete the logged fingerprint data and re-create the fingerprint

5. If you apply screen protector or phone case on your phone, please ensure there's nothing covered or stuck the fingerprint identification button.

If the error cannot be solved after trying the above steps, please contact ASUS Service Center for additional technical support
