[Phone] Troubleshooting- Memory card suddenly cannot be detected by device

Please follow the below steps for troubleshooting :

1. Take out the memory card, clean the metal attached part and intall it again

2. Use another normal memory card to test whether such problem results from phone/tablet

3. Insert memory card to other devices to test whether problem results from memory card.

4. Update the system firmware to the latest edition : 【Setting】→【About】→【System Update】→【Check Update】

5. Enter the Safe Mode ( Long press power button→Long press option "Shutdown"→ OK ) : If such problem of memory card can be resolved after entering Safe mode, dysfunction might result from 3rd party apps. We suggest you check further after reboot.

6. Factory Reset Your phone
