[LTE router] 4G-AC53U does not support changes to DNS server settings in mobile broadband mode.

4G-AC53U support change the DNS Server setting when WAN is in Ethernet connection mode.

When using mobile broadband, the DNS server is set by your sim card provider. Kindly check with the provider if the DNS server could be changed.
