[Notebook] Cannot find the device you want to connect in the device list on Link to MyASUS?
Before you send and receive files or URL, please make sure your device and the PC or mobile device you want to connect satisfy the following conditions:
- It has turned on Discoverability in Settings on Link to MyASUS.
- It has Wi-Fi turned on.
- It has Bluetooth turned on and within Bluetooth range.
- If it is an Android device, please grant Link to MyASUS permission for “location access” to allow the device to be discovered.
- If it is an iOS (iPad/iPhone) device, please keep Link to MyASUS mobile app in the foreground.
