[ProArt Series] How to solve the abnormality when playing youtube video in Chrome or Edge

When playing youtube in Chrome or Edge, if the video green screen or blurry screen occurs, you can update the graphics driver first. If it still cannot be improved, you can try to turn off the hardware acceleration option in the browser.

A. Chrome

1. Please open Chrome, click the upper right (1)and click (2) Settings.

2. Then click on (3) System and turn off (4) Hardware Acceleration (default is on)

B. Edge

1. Please open Edge and click the upper right (1)and click (2) Settings.

2. Then click on (3) System and performance and turn off (4) Hardware Acceleration (default is on)
