[NUC] What to Do If an NUC’s Local Area Network (LAN) Port Is Not Working

Follow the guidelines below for troubleshooting LAN connection problem.

| Check BIOS | Check that Ethernet LAN is enabled in BIOS:
You might see this as Primary LAN and Secondary LAN on some NUC models. | |
| Check LAN cable | Make sure you're using a known good network cable. | |
| Check Ethernet drivers | Install the latest Ethernet LAN drivers available on Download Center for the NUC. | |
| Update BIOS | Install the latest BIOS available on Download Center for the NUC. See BIOS Update Instructions for details. | |
| Cold Reboot |

| Check operating system | Make sure you're using a supported operating system for your NUC. |
