Resolution

Make sure that the system configuration is supported and the BIOS is up to date:

  1. Confirm the memory requirements for this NUC model are met. It may also be useful to review the list of validated components.
  2. Confirm the unit is running a supported OS.
  3. Update the BIOS firmware to the latest version.
  4. Load the BIOS default settings.
    1. Press F2 during boot.
    2. Press F9 to load default settings.
    3. Press F10 to save.
