Please notice this function is available in model/SKU/image as below:

Model: ZE551ML SKU: WW/JP V2.20.40.164

Model: ZE550ML SKU: WW V2.20.40.138

Check firmware version : "Settings "-->" About "-->" Software information "

Please go to "Settings"-->"Screenshot"-->"Sound setting" to enable or disable sound while taking screenshots.
