[VivoMini] UN65H Barebones Model not detecting 2.5" Hard Drive/SSD and Booting to Bios?

Don't forget to connect the hard drive cable to the unit and confirm it is connected correctly; if not, try to re-connect it. The ASUS UN65H website downloads includes the "Installation guide for VivoMini memory,wireless card,and solid state drive.(English)" which provides more information about installing a 2.5" hard drive/SSD and connecting the hard drive cable. Below is the picture of a unit with the memory, 2.5 inch hard drive, and hard drive cable installed.

Check Advanced settings in the bios to confirm whether the system detects the 2.5-inch hard drive or boot to your Windows installation disk to see if it's listed. The hard drive may be installed correctly and detected by the bios but just need to have Windows installed on it or possibly there was some problem with the imaging if this was done already.
