[Phone] How to set Dwell Timing function?

1. Please follow the seps below to access the function settings:

Android 7/8：go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" > "Click after pointer stops moving"

Android 9：go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" > "Dwell timing"

2. Turn on "Use service" to enable the function. The function is that if you are using a mouse, you can set the cursor to take action automatically when it stops moving for a certain amount of time.

3. Adjust "Delay before click" to change the delay time before mouse cursor takes action.
