[Gaming Desktop] GA15DH / G15DH No Display Troubleshooting

First make sure you are getting power to the unit and the lights are on, otherwise, you want to solve this first and please refer to the user manual for the location of the power button.

Confirm your monitor and cables are working okay and try to connect to a different working system with the same cables to verify this. Re-check the connections as well. If your monitor or TV has different input selections, make sure the correct setting is used, or cycle through all the inputs to find the right one.

As mentioned in the user manual screenshot below, the DVI and VGA ports for the onboard CPU graphics outputs under items #3 and #4 will not be functional if using a Ryzen5 or 7 series cpu, so be sure to use the outputs for your discrete vga card as indicated in item #12 below if necessary.
