[NUC] Event ID 37 and 41 Warnings in Event Viewer in NUC products

Resolution

  1. Update to the latest BIOS version available for the unit
  2. Load BIOS defaults. 
  3. In BIOS, press F9, Save and Exit.
  4. Set Primary Power Settings to be Balanced or Maximum in BIOS.
  5. Set Power options in Windows to High Performance and Maximum & Minimum processor states to be 100%. 

 In Windows:

  1.  Go to Control Panel > Power Options >
  2. Set Power Plan: High performance
  3. Under Power Plan (High performance), select Change plan settings
  4. Change advanced power settings
  5.  Processor power management:
    1. Set Minimum processor state = 100%
    2. Set Maximum processor state = 100%
