Resolution Amendment 2015/863/EU to the RoHS 2 directive is often incorrectly referred to as RoHS 3. In fact, RoHS 2 is still the official RoHS directive and there is currently no such thing as RoHS 3. By declaring compliance to RoHS 2 on the Declaration of Conformity (DoC), Asus is declaring compliance to RoHS 2 and its amendments, including amendment 2015/863/EU.
