Resolution Attempt the following to resolve this issue. Click on the Windows Start Menu . Type CMD . Click on Command Prompt (Run as Administrator) . In Command Prompt window, Type netsh int ip reset , press enter . Type ipconfig /release , press enter . Type ipconfig /renew , press enter . Type ipconfig /flushdns . Restart the computer.

Resolution

Attempt the following to resolve this issue.

Click on the Windows Start Menu.
Type CMD.
Click on Command Prompt (Run as Administrator).
In Command Prompt window,
1. Type netsh int ip reset, press enter.
2. Type ipconfig /release, press enter.
3. Type ipconfig /renew, press enter.
4. Type ipconfig /flushdns.

Restart the computer.
