[NUC] PCIe SSD Support on NUC Products with a PCIe Slot

The following NUC products have a PCIe slot that can be used for PCIe add-in-cards. When using the maximum number of supported SSDs on the platform the PCIe x16 slot may bifurcate down to x8 capability.
