[Notebook] Windows ARM-Based Devices Display Multiple Disk Partitions
Applicable Models: Windows notebooks equipped with Qualcomm (ARM platform) processors
Note: How to determine the architecture of your device.
Navigate to Windows Settings > System > About. Here, you can view the architecture of your device under System type. (The image on the left shows an x64 architecture; the image on the right shows an ARM architecture.)

When using a Windows device based on the Qualcomm (ARM platform), it is normal to see multiple ‘disk partitions’ in Disk Management due to Qualcomm’s native design.
These partitions do not represent multiple physical drives, but rather several logical blocks or system partitions within the same storage device. They may include boot firmware, system partitions, recovery environments, and OEM factory recovery areas. This situation does not affect overall system operation. Please use your device with confidence, and thank you for your understanding and support.
