1. Supported Products and System Requirements
• ASUS MyExpert requires Windows 11 or later.
• ASUS MyExpert's AI functionality supports laptops such as B9406CAA. For more information, please visit ASUS Global.
Search for ①[ASUS MyExpert] in the search bar and click to open ②[ASUS MyExpert].

※ The features in Advanced Tool require an internet connection, and the account you sign in with must be upgraded to Pro Plan.
The Advanced Tool currently includes two main features: AI Writer and Mail Master.
- AI Writer: On busy workdays, users often face uncertainty, such as not knowing how to reply to emails appropriately or needing to prepare a presentation script at the last minute.
- Mail Master: Too many emails on the same topic, or long email threads, leave users without enough time to find and review the needed information.
(1) Click ①[Advanced Tool] to view your Pro feature ②[current period usage]. Advanced Tool has two main functions: ③[AI Writer] and ④[Mail Master].

(2) If you are not logged in, the following screen will appear. Please click [Unlock now] to use the Pro features.

Click [AI Writer], enter the desired content in ①[Writing Topic], adjust the ②[Parameters], and click ③[Generate]. Four versions will be generated for you to choose from; click ④[Previous or Next] to switch to the version you prefer. You can select specific text directly, or click ⑤[Copy] to copy it all to other apps.

(1) Click [Mail Master], click ①[Sign in with Gmail].

(2) Sign in to your ②[Gmail] account.

(3) Click ③[Continue] to confirm permission for MyExpert to connect.

(4) Enter your desired ④[search content], then click ⑤[Search]. The ⑥[Search Results] will show: including a summary of related emails and corresponding links. If you search multiple times, please click [Previous/Next] to select the version you consider the best.

Advanced tools are cloud-based features, which are paid features and require you to log in to your ASUS account and subscribe to the Pro features.
(1) Click ①[Unlock now].

(2) Choose your desired subscription plan. If you have an ASUS account, please click [log in].

(3) Log in to your ②[ASUS account].

(1) Click ①[Profile Icon], click ②[settings].

(2) You can change the system language, system theme, etc.

(3) Scroll down with the middle mouse button and you will see [Auto-detect Updates]. Please keep this feature enabled so that you can receive app updates as soon as possible.

9. How to Download and Update ASUS MyExpert
※ When there is an update for ASUS MyExpert, you only need to connect to the internet. Once you launch ASUS MyExpert, it will automatically update online.
If you need to install ASUS MyExpert, please visit the ASUS Global. Select ① [Search] and enter your model name, click ② [support], click ③ [Driver & Tools], click ④ [One-click driver download and install], and wait for automatic installation.

Q1: If the network suddenly drops during computation, will it still count towards usage?
A1: Yes. Even if the network drops during computation, the cloud computation that has already started will still count towards usage. It is recommended to ensure a stable network connection before using cloud functions to ensure the best user experience.
Q2: Do ExpertMeet and ASUS MyExpert use the same cloud account?
A2: Yes. ExpertMeet and ASUS MyExpert share the same cloud service account and password. After logging in, you can use the relevant cloud functions.
Q3: Can I continue using the cloud service after changing computers?
A3: Yes. As long as the new computer supports ASUS MyExpert and you log in with the same cloud account, you can continue using the subscribed cloud service.
Q4: Will different functions consume different amounts of cloud usage data?
A4: Yes. Different cloud functions may consume different amounts of usage data. The actual consumption will vary depending on the type of function and the computational content used.
Q5: What happens when my cloud usage data runs out?
A5: When the cloud usage limit is reached, cloud functions will be temporarily unavailable.
