  1. Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager
  2. Expand the Bluetooth category, right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Update Driver
  3. Click Update Driver > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > Bluetooth, then click next
  4. Select Microsoft from the Manufacturers list on the left, select Personal Area Network Service from the list on the right
  5. Click Yes
