การแก้ไขปัญหา
การใช้งาน CPU สูงสามารถทำให้เกิดความร้อนสูงเกินไป ซึ่งจะทำให้พัดลมระบบทำงานที่ 100% ตลอดเวลา
- จากเมนูเริ่มต้นของ Windows เปิด Task Manager
- ที่หัวข้อแถว CPU ในแท็บ Process ให้คลิกเพื่อเรียงลำดับแอปพลิเคชันตามการใช้งานของ CPU
- โปรดทราบแอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้งาน CPU มากสุด
- หากคุณรู้ว่าแอปพลิเคชันนี้และสามารถ สิ้นสุด กระบวนการหรือปิดแอปพลิเคชันได้อย่างปลอดภัย ให้ทำตาม
- หากคุณไม่รู้จักแอปพลิเคชัน ให้ ค้นหา ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากอินเทอร์เน็ต
- หากคุณสงสัยถึงแอปพลิเคชัน ให้ สแกน ระบบด้วยโปรแกรมตรวจสอบไวรัส (ด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ตรวจสอบไวรัสที่คุณเลือก)
