To fix dual monitor issues on a NUC, the following steps can be taken:

  1. Check that both monitors are properly connected to the NUC.
  2. Access the BIOS Setup by pressing F2 during bootup.
  3. Navigate to the Advanced tab and select Devices and then Video.
  4. Select IGD Secondary Video Port and set it to Enabled.
  5. Set Primary Video Port to the device you want to be primary and IGD Secondary Video Port to the device you want to be secondary.
  6. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.

If this does not resolve the issue, the following can be tried:

  1. Connect one monitor using the second HDMI port on the NUC.
  2. Connect the other monitor to the Thunderbolt/DP to the NUC and simply use the DisplayPort input on the monitor.
