Q1: If I lose the ROG Cetra True Wireless single earbud or charging case, can I purchase the missing part?

If your ROG Cetra True Wireless is in warranty period, you can bring your ROG Cetra True Wireless to the repair service center to purchase for a new products at a discounted price (the original ROG Cetra True Wireless will be return to ASUS)
The service policy has different channels according to different regions. Please refer to the following:
APAC, EMEA: Please check with the store where you purchased about the warranty service
TWN, NA, CHN: Please contact ASUS customer service center to confirm the warranty service

Discount services cannot be provided in the following situations:
1. ROG Cetra True Wireless is out of warranty
2. Unable to provide serial number or proof of purchase
3. The whole ROG Cetra True Wireless is lost

 

Q2: How is the warranty calculated after I purchased for ROG Cetra True Wireless with discount price?
A2:
If your ROG Cetra True Wireless has a warranty period of more than 3 months, we will continue the original warranty for the ROG Cetra True Wireless after the purchased.
If you have less than three months left on your ROG Cetra True Wireless warranty, we offer a three-month warranty.
