How to solve the problem of automatically entering BIOS after performing Cloud Recovery?
If the computer automatically enters the BIOS and cannot boot into the operating system desktop after performing Cloud Recovery, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Please prepare another device to download the files for creating “MyASUS in WinRE For USB”: Download link.
2. Please follow the FAQ: Create MyASUS in WinRE For USB to create the tool.
3. In the BIOS screen, select [Security] → [Secure Boot] → [Disable].

4.Perform Cloud Recovery via MyASUS in WinRE For USB.
5.Update Windows Update to the latest version.

7. In the BIOS screen, select [Security] → [Secure Boot] → [Enabled].
If the issue persists after completing the steps above, please send the product to the local authorized service center for repair.
