What are you expected to do? | Product line: ASUS components (Monitors, Motherboards, Graphics cards, Routers, etc.) In your daily duties, you will: •Craft product roadmaps through interaction with cross-functional teams, data analysis, competitor research, and user insight. •Manage business performance, growth, profitability, and emerging opportunities using analytical approaches. •Provide product training to the sales team and customers. •Manage products throughout the entire life cycle and day-to-day tactical business needs with speed and urgency. •Manage incoming supply, forecast, and inventory based on the business goal, competition, and seasonality. Anticipate potential risks and then develop corresponding contingency plans. •Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and go-to-market organization to communicate vision, roadmap, and best practices •Supports product releases and business initiatives with little direct supervision •Perform other duties as required |

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or other related majors •Minimum three years experience in product & life cycle management in consumer electronic products and business operations •Proven project management and analytical skills with a superior ability to use data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment •Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel. •Ability to multitask and deliver with speed and little supervision. •Strong aptitude for learning new methods and processes, dealing with complexity, and understanding how to utilize them in a fluid environment. •Self-starter and detail-oriented. •Fluent in English or Chinese |

This is a customer-facing role that requires cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will report directly to Commercial Sales Director. |

What are you expected to do? | Pre-sales part: •Work with ASUS headquarter, Sales team, and Technical PR to help the sales team write down TOR (terms of reference) and develop the best technical solutions for customers •Co-op with Technical PR to train the sales team on ASUS products and their unique selling points & advantages (both hardware & software) •Manage relationships between ASUS Sales and customers by establishing relationships with key individuals at the accounts •Communicate with FAE Global & PM to obtain required support and coordination •Get updates & catch the newest trend in IT products, especially knowing the latest competitor’s product information (both hardware & software) Mid-sales part: •During the customer's reviewing or validating ASUS's product stage, responsible for validating assistance, including on-site visits to review testing, experience, examine customer problems, and provide suggestions on optimal ways to use ASUS products After-sales part: •Provide on-site support for ASUS products (both hardware and software) in the deployment stage •Have an available hotline to solve and follow up on after-sales service-related issues (for VIP partners) •Work with the warranty service team to provide fast technical support from the commercial partner or end users as requested by sales •Identify common issues/determine root cause, provide resolution, and seek continuous improvement with HQ |
We are thrilled if you have the following qualities |
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field and experience •2 years of computer maintenance/ repair experience/Technical sales experience/ in the IT industry. Experience working in any service center is a plus •Have computer-related licenses/certificates (Licenses/certificates must have an academy institution’s certification or government's certification). Certifications are Microsoft Windows Client-Certifications (MD-100/101/102) or having Google for Education certifications is a plus. If not, employees must accomplish them within 10 weeks from the onboard date. •Strong knowledge of IT products •Good command of English (TOEIC 700+) (Speaking/listening Mandarin is a plus) •Strong sense of responsibility to complete own project •Clear verbal & written communication with the internal sales team & customers when explaining technical issues during the working •Strong teamwork, the spirit of collaboration with teammates & give the support on-time |
