    Graphic Designer

    Position Graphic Designer
    Job Description overview The graphic designer will be responsible for designing and producing various types of marketing collaterals and visual contents for different marketing channels (Print 40% / Digital 60%). He/she will also ensure creatives & visuals brand consistency across the company. The successful candidate will have a mix of creative, design and marketing skills and highly organized individual who can manage several projects at once.
    Job Description 1. Artwork creation & images enhancement: brochures/catalogs, marketing collaterals, advert layout, e-DM, social media post, digital creatives
    2. Work with Marketing team & liaise with external suppliers & agencies on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and materials are delivered to the highest quality
    3. Work closely with the E-Commerce Online Marketing specialist to design visually compelling assets, content and site updates, and refreshes for local official websites, e-store and channel partners websites
    4. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager & E-Commerce Online Marketing specialist to deliver engaging and consistent content visuals for email, affiliates, re-targeting, social media, video and display advertising channels
    5. Create graphics that respond beautifully to all devices while demonstrating a user-centric approach
    6. Support marketing department with creative ideas in events, online campaigns & brainstorming sessions
    Knowledge & skills - Outstanding creative and graphic design skills with the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of brand identity
    - Ability to deliver exceptional content to strict deadlines within a fast-paced retail environment essential

    Proven experience working in a mid Web Design role within a retail E-Commerce environment or Technology brand with experience in responsive design
    Tools knowledge required - Strong knowledge & skill set of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere Pro, InDesign)

    Channel Marketing Manager

    Position Overview Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies for different marketing and sales channels as well as channel partners.
    Location HCMC
    Job Description 1. In charge of developing, driving and implementing integrated marketing plans and promotions for ASUS Exclusive Stores (AES) that drive sales, align with local business needs and brand positioning.
    2. Managing a team to develop and execute channel marketing activities for selected groups of channel partners, from shop-in-shop production, In-store collaterals and demo experiential.
    3. Working closely with the product marketing teams to support brand development and experiential activities at AES and channel partners stores. Work with designers and third party vendors to ensure on-time production within budget, brand design guidelines and local relevancy.
    4. Develop and oversee the full retail consumer journey including window, In-store communication
    5. Implement SOPs to ensure and monitor that AES marketing assets are received, displayed and used properly
    6. Plan local events to effectively market AES
    7. Control creative and production marketing budgets to maximize ROI and to ensure compliance with company approved numbers.
    8. Supervise all AES retail standards and organization of the retail areas. Conduct frequent visits to stores to ensure compliance with promotions and gather insights for future promotions
    9. Understand and share insights on local audience needs, competitive landscape, and market trends for each store
    Knowledge & skills - An understanding of the distribution channels for the industry

    Product Marketing [Commercial Product Line]

    Position Overview The Product Marketing's role is to facilitate and execute Product Marketing GTM (Go-to-market) strategy and day-to-day operation, perform marker research, as well as co-working other marketing team for campaign execution.

    Job Description 1. Market intelligence - be the expert on B2B industry & purchasing journey – and understand the competitive landscape
    2. Collaborate with product management and marketing manager to develop product positioning and messaging for target buyer personas
    3. Develop a Go-To-Market plan (including key activities and budgets) for new product launch
    4. Work closely with product & marketing managers to identify event & campaign goals, content, and promotion, and coordinate all event / campaign logistics (events include product launch, press conference, industry seminars, partner training...)
    5. Oversee planning, production and execution of MKT campaigns & activities by working together with various teams (design, content, digital, product, sales)
    6. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis
