No.I didn't since the problem occurs only sometimes and locking and unlocking fixes it...So I think it is a software issue and I am experiencing this from day 2 or 3 and there are other users also..

BUT I CLEARED CACHE PARTITION...

bit_asus you only know common troubleshooting steps. Every time there is a problem you guys tell us to clear cache and data or factory reset. We are clearing cache more than we are using our phone.
