For Bluetooth connection:
1. Open the Bluetooth settings

2. Enable the option

For WiFi connection:
1. Make sure your mobile device and computer must be connected to the same WiFi network. It's OK if your computer has wired internet as long as they are connected to the same box.

2. Check your firewall or antivirus, make sure they do not block the connection. For quick check, turn all of them off and connect again.

3. Perform a ping test:
    (1) Please execute the .bat file to get your LAN IP address on your PC:         
    (2) Install a "Ping" app on your phone:
    (3) Using the Ping app to ping your LAN IP address. If you are unable to ping your computer then something is blocking the connection.
