Description: Fingerprint problem, touch screen problem and transfer file probm.
After update:
My computer cant detect my device.
Fingerprint cant detect my finger.
Screen always cant detect when i touch.

Is there any error screenshot pop on your screen?
Does your phone show up a message when you plug USB cable? (please refer screenshot )
I would suggest you can use another USB cable for a check. Have you ever tried to update PC USB driver?

Please remove stored fingerprints and create a new one.
Also kindly test it in safe mode. ( https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1005163 )

Yes have popup on phone but computer cannot detect thats file transfer. Use ASUS usb cable and trying another usb cable, still cant detect my phone/device.

And about fingerprint. I try make a new fingerprint, it's okey. But sometime fingerprint not working. Not like Redmi Note 4, just slow touch and phone unlock.

Fingerprint problem,
Please kindly try to clean up the Fingerprint reader.
Is there any error message pop on when you encounter this problem?

For battery drain fast problem,
Do you use power saver?  Some apps that automatically start in background, I suggest you can use the mobile manager to deny some apps.

For the USB detect problem,
I would suggest you check it in safe mode again.
If this problem still appears,  I would suggest you bring your phone to a local service center for a check.
