ASUS Announcement Regarding the ExpertBook B5302 & B5402 TouchPad

Dear Valued Customers,

We have recently discovered during service, rare instances where the touchpad balance bar of specific ASUS ExpertBook laptop models may detach due to abnormal external forces. The affected models are the B5302 and B5402, manufactured before April 2022. After implementing additional reinforcement measures on these models, we have determined that the resistance to abnormal external forces is greatly enhanced. From today, we will provide a free health check and touchpad reinforcement for all affected models and a six-month manufacturer warranty extension. For laptops with expired warranties, the manufacturer's warranty extension will begin from the date of the health check completion.
