What is it?
ASUS backs select LCD displays with a Zero Bright Dot guarantee to ensure that your product performs to the highest quality.
How Does it Work?
If your select LCD display performance falls outside of the Defective Pixel Policy, ASUS may repair or replace the unit. Exclusions apply and are subject to verification. What is a Bright Dot?
A bright dot is a sub-pixel defect that is permanently "On", displaying a coloured (Red, Green or Blue) spot on the display at all times. A dark dot is a sub-pixel defect that is permanently "off". Please note that dark dots are not included in the ZBD program.
