How to provide proof of purchase

Invoice (Proof of Purchase) Verification Rules of ASUS Product

 

  • The product name/serial number which lists on invoice should be matched with product label picture.
  • Below information should be included in the Invoice
    • Reseller Name
    • Purchase date (Invoice date)
    • Invoice Number
    • Product Name/Product Serial Number
    • Product Price

**Asus reserved the right to reject any invalid submission

Q1: Can I upload the invoice which is copy version?

A1: Yes, however please do ensure uploaded copy contain required information (e.g., Invoice No, Purchase Date, Product Information / Product Serial Number)

 

Q2: How can I know the verification is success or failed?

A2: A notification email will be sent after submission request. You will be informed of the application outcome via email provided

 

Q3: If I got the rejection mail, how can I do?

A3: Reject Reason will be indicated in the rejection mail, please re-submit the request based on the reject reason
