The program applies to select notebook models and the ROG Ally and offers exclusive discounts when participating in qualified repairs. Take advantage of the ASUS GreenCycle program to support the environment and save on costs.

How can I determine if I qualify for the ASUS GreenCycle Program?

Devices that are out of warranty are generally eligible for the ASUS GreenCycle program. If your device has physical or accidental damage, the Service Centre will assess the case and advise whether the program is available for your situation.

What is the process for participating in the ASUS GreenCycle Program after receiving the notice from the Service Centre?

  1. Check with the Service Centre to confirm if your device is eligible.
  2. Receive a notification regarding program availability.
  3. Agree to allow ASUS to recycle the replaced parts.
  4. Receive a motherboard replacement at 35% off the original price.
  5. Resolve your issue more sustainably.

Warranty Policy: ASUS offers a 3-month warranty on replacement parts.

  • The original motherboard price is quoted inclusive of GST. A service charge and other fees may be added following physical assessment by the Service Centre. Please refer to the Service Centre for final pricing and total charges before choosing to participate in the ASUS GreenCycle program.
  • The Service Centre will provide specific eligibility details where applicable.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable laws, ASUS reserves the right to make final modifications, adjustments, changes, interpretations, and cancellations of this event.
