TPM Introduction

Trusted Platform Module (TPM), which enables a computer to use advanced security features,such as disk drive encryption.A computer that supports TPM can create an encryption key that is decrypted by the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)

 

How to judge whether the motherboard supports TPM

2. How to confirm whether TPM is supported through the system

You can query whether your system supports TPM2.0 through the following steps:

Step 1. Click Windows+R, the system will pop up the execution screen, enter tpm.msc in the open field, and press OK.

Step 2. The system will pop up the TPM management page, through which you can know the TPM version.

Step 3. If your system pops up the following information, please enable TPM  in the BIOS.

Troubleshooting: TPM is not recognized

5. Manually clear the TPM

6. Right-click the windows Start icon in the lower left corner of the system, and select Device Manager to check whether the TPM works properly
