Warranty of Availability of Replacement Parts, Repair Services, and Maintenance and Repair Information
ASUS complies with the repairability disclosure requirements outlined in the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (“QCPA”). As part of this compliance, please find below various disclosures below relating to the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information to repair and maintain products.
Repair Services
ASUS Canada offers repair services through a variety of methods. For example, ASUS Canada offers a mail-in service, where customers send their devices to authorized ASUS repair centers via mail, customer walk-ins at a designated ASUS Service Center, and product drop-offs at the front office. However, Asus does not guarantee the availability of repair services, in the manner described in section 39 of the QCPA, in each location, city, or region of Quebec. Replacement Parts
Asus makes best commercially reasonable efforts to make replacement parts available to customers (consistent with product availability and lead times). However, Asus does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts in the manner described in section 39 of the QCPA. Information for Maintenance or Repair
Asus provides information on the repair and/or maintenance of goods for select Asus products when available. However, Asus does not guarantee the availability of such information in the manner described in section 39 of the QCPA.
