[IP camera] What should I do if my ZenEye Cam is failing to charge?
If your ZenEye Cam is failing to charge, you can attempt the following troubleshooting procedure.
Check if the Battery LED at the rear of the ZenEye Cam is on when plugging in the USB power adapter.
If the LED is off, try changing your ZenEye Cam's power adapter and USB cable.

If your ZenEye Cam is still failing to charge, contact ASUS technical support for help.
