[Wireless Router] How to fix disconnection in Access Point(AP) Mode? (RT-AX50 Go)

If you experience disconnection issues while using RT-AX50 Go in Access Point(AP) Mode, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.

 

 

 

 

A. Check Network Cable Connection  

    Ensure the network cable is properly and securely plugged into RT-AX50 Go and the upstream router.

 

 

B. Check LED Indicator Status  

    If the LED is solid white, please check the internet connection of the upstream router or your ISP.

 

 

C. Switch Operating Mode (if needed)

    If you wish to change the operation mode, please follow the steps below:

 

    1. Connect your computer to the router via wired connection and enter your router's LAN IP or router URL http://www.asusrouter.com to the WEB GUI.

    

    Please refer to How to enter the router setting page(Web GUI) to learn more.

 

    2. Key in your router's username and password to log in.

    

    Note: If you forget the user name and/or password, please restore the router to the factory default status and setup.

    3. Go to [Home] and click to access the configuration page.

    

    Then you can reconfigure RT-AX50 Go to another mode.
