[NUC] No se puede instalar el controlador de Management Engine Consumer debido a un error fatal durante la instalación.
Resolución
Errores fatales al actualizar o instalar controladores debido a conflictos de software o controladores.
Para mitigar este error, siga los siguientes pasos.
- Cree un punto de restauración del sistema.
- Ingrese al modo seguro e instale el Controlador de Consumo del Motor de Gestión.
- Descargue el Controlador de Consumo del Motor de Gestión para Windows® 10 y Windows 11
- Descomprima el controlador descargado
- Abra la carpeta que se creó llamada: me-consumer-win10-19h1-20h1-12.0.70.1648
- Haga doble clic en SetupME.exe
- Siga las instrucciones en pantalla para instalar el controlador
- En caso de que el error persista, intente un arranque limpio e instale el Controlador de Consumo del Motor de Gestión.
Si los pasos anteriores no resuelven el problema, intente realizar una instalación limpia del sistema operativo. Recuerde hacer una copia de seguridad de sus archivos esenciales.
