[Announcement] Correction of manufacturing year for ASUS ExpertBook B5402CBA, B1500CBA and B1400CBA

Dear users,

Due to a data-conversion error, a small number of ASUS ExpertBook models — specifically B5402CBA, B1500CBA and B1400CBA — manufactured in April 2023 have the incorrect manufacturing year printed on the machine labels. These labels mistakenly indicate the manufacturing year as 2024.

If your ExpertBook serial number starts with R4 (for example, R4NXNZ00*******) and the manufacturing date label on the bottom of the machine shows 2024-04, please be advised that the correct manufacturing date is 2023-04.

Please rest assured that this issue does not affect any customer services or rights.
