Request for Pick Up & Return Service

Request Online
Submit your repair request online. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the consignment note.

Pick Up
Print the consignment note, securely package your device. Our courier partner will contact you within 2 business days to arrange the pick-up. Please ensure you are reachable during this period.

Return
Once your laptop repaired, our courier partner will pick up from our Service Center and return it to your doorstep.

Carry-in to ASUS Service Center

Find Nearest Service Center
Select “Laptop” under Product Category drop-down menu & type in your current location.

Request Online & Carry-in
Submit your warranty claim through our digital portal.
Once submitted, bring your ASUS laptop to your nearest ASUS Service Center using the map.

Collect
Once your laptop has been repaired, you will receive an email notification when it is ready for collection.

Drop off your laptop at your nearest Pos Malaysia branch drop-off point.

Deliver to Your Initial Drop-off Point
Once your laptop has been repaired, we'll deliver it to the Pos Malaysia branch where you dropped off your laptop previously.
