Proper packaging

Mispackaging

  • Prepare suitable, sturdy, and undamaged corrugated boxes.[cite: 1]
  • The Notebook must be approximately 6 cm away from the inner walls or corners of the box.[cite: 1]
  • Ensure that after the machine is placed in the box, it can be stuffed with filler or cushioning material.[cite: 1]
  • Flimsy and un-sturdy cardboard boxes will cause crushing and deformation during transportation, which can easily damage the machine.[cite: 1]
  • If the box is too small, there will be no remaining space around the machine to stuff with cushioning material, which can easily damage the machine.[cite: 1]

  • Lay filler (such as foam, bubble wrap, or thick cardboard) at the bottom, and ensure the filler can fully support the weight of the machine.[cite: 1]
  • There is no filler at the bottom of the box, so it cannot support the machine.[cite: 1]

  • Please pack the machine properly with bubble wrap or soft materials to avoid scratches, and place the machine in the center of the box.[cite: 1]
  • The machine itself is not packed with bubble wrap or soft materials, which can easily cause scratches to the machine.[cite: 1]
  • The machine is not placed in the center of the box, which can easily cause impact damage around the machine.[cite: 1]

  • If there are accessories, please pack them properly and place them in the corners of the box.[cite: 1]
  • Be sure to use filler (such as soft packaging materials, bubble wrap, newspapers, soft cloth, etc.) to fill the excess space around the inside of the box, so that the machine is fixed and will not shake.[cite: 1]
  • Do not place accessories on top of the machine, as collisions can easily cause the panel to crack.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to use filler to fill the excess space in the box can easily cause shaking and collisions, resulting in damage to the machine and the box.[cite: 1]

  • Fill the gap above the machine with filler, and do not leave excess space.[cite: 1]
  • The gaps above and around the machine are not filled with cushioning packaging materials, which can easily cause crushing damage.[cite: 1]

  • Please use wide tape to seal the outer box, properly sealing the seams at the top and bottom of the carton.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to seal the box with tape prevents proper protection during transportation.[cite: 1]

Proper packaging[cite: 1]

Mispackaging[cite: 1]

  • Prepare a suitable and sturdy corrugated box.[cite: 1]
  • The machine must be approximately 6 cm away from the inner walls or corners of the box.[cite: 1]
  • Ensure that after the machine is placed in the box, it can be stuffed with filler or cushioning material.[cite: 1]
  • Un-sturdy and spliced outer cardboard boxes can easily cause crushing damage to the machine during transportation.[cite: 1]
  • If the outer box is too small, there will be no space around the machine to stuff with cushioning material, which can easily damage the machine.[cite: 1]

  • Lay filler (such as foam, bubble wrap, or thick cardboard) at the bottom, and ensure the filler can fully support the weight of the machine.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to use appropriate carton packaging and there is no filler at the bottom of the box.[cite: 1]

  • It is recommended to pack the screen itself with bubble wrap or soft materials (with 3-4 cm thick filler) and fix it with tape to provide sufficient protection and avoid impact damage.[cite: 1]
  • If the screen model allows the stand to be detached, please detach the stand and pack it separately.[cite: 1]
  • Please pack the screen stand properly to prevent it from scratching the screen or piercing the carton when placed in the box.[cite: 1]
  • The screen itself and the stand are not packed with bubble wrap, which can easily cause impact damage to the panel.[cite: 1]

  • Please place the screen itself in the center and fix it with cushioning materials.[cite: 1]
  • Please place cardboard or filler in front of the screen panel for proper protection.[cite: 1]
  • Place the stand behind the screen panel and fix it.[cite: 1]
  • Be sure to use filler (such as soft packaging materials, bubble wrap, newspapers, soft cloth, etc.) so that the machine is fixed and will not shake.[cite: 1]
  • Do not place the stand in front of the machine, as collisions can easily cause the panel to crack.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to use filler to fill the excess space in the box can easily cause shaking and collisions, resulting in damage to the machine and the box.[cite: 1]

  • Fill the gap above the machine with filler, and do not leave excess space.[cite: 1]
  • The gap above the machine is not filled with cushioning packaging materials, which can easily cause collision damage.[cite: 1]

  • Please use wide tape to seal the outer box, properly sealing the seams at the top and bottom of the carton.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to properly seal the box with tape can easily cause the machine to be exposed and damaged.[cite: 1]

Proper packaging[cite: 1]

Mispackaging[cite: 1]

  • Prepare a one-piece, suitable, and sturdy corrugated box.[cite: 1]
  • The machine must be approximately 6 cm away from the inner walls or corners of the box.[cite: 1]
  • Ensure that after the machine is placed in the box, it can be stuffed with filler or cushioning material.[cite: 1]
  • Flimsy and spliced outer cardboard boxes will cause crushing and deformation during transportation, which can easily damage the machine.[cite: 1]

  • There is no one-piece carton packaging, and there is no filler at the bottom of the box.[cite: 1]

  • Please properly pack the machine itself with enough bubble wrap or soft materials, strengthen the packaging on the left and right sides of the machine, and fix it with tape to avoid impact damage.[cite: 1]
  • The machine itself is not properly packed with bubble wrap or soft materials, and there is no reinforced protective packaging on both sides, which can easily cause impact damage to the machine.[cite: 1]

  • Please place the machine itself in the center and fix it with cushioning materials.[cite: 1]
  • Do not place accessories on top of the machine, as collisions can easily cause the case to dent.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to use filler to fill the excess space in the box can easily cause shaking and collisions, resulting in damage to the machine and the box.[cite: 1]

  • Fill the gap above the machine with filler, and do not leave excess space.[cite: 1]
  • The gap above the machine is not filled with cushioning packaging materials, which can easily cause shaking.[cite: 1]

  • Please use wide tape to seal the outer box, properly sealing the seams at the top and bottom of the carton.[cite: 1]
  • The box is incompletely sealed with tape.[cite: 1]

Proper packaging

Mispackaging

  • Prepare a suitable, sturdy, and undamaged corrugated box. When shipping high-end and heavy graphics cards, it is recommended to use double or triple-layer corrugated boxes.[cite: 1]
  • The graphics card must be approximately 6 cm away from the inner walls or corners of the box.[cite: 1]
  • Ensure that after the machine is placed in the box, it can be stuffed with filler or cushioning material.[cite: 1]
  • If the outer box is too small, there will be no space around the graphics card to stuff with cushioning material, which may lead to the risk of being crushed.[cite: 1]
  • Failure to use a carton for packaging can easily cause damage during transportation.[cite: 1]

  • Lay filler (such as foam, bubble wrap, or air bags) at the bottom, and ensure the thickness of the filler can fully support the weight of the graphics card.[cite: 1]
  • There is no filler or insufficient filler at the bottom of the box, which easily causes damage during transportation.[cite: 1]

  • Wrap the graphics card itself with 3 to 4 layers of bubble wrap and fix it with tape to provide sufficient protection.[cite: 1]
  • Place the graphics card in the center of the box, and strengthen the packaging around it to protect the PCIE bracket and PCB.[cite: 1]
  • Stuff the surroundings with filler so that it does not shake.[cite: 1]
  • The packaging of the graphics card itself is insufficient, leading to inadequate protection during transportation.[cite: 1]
  • The packaging around the PCIE bracket and PCB is not reinforced, and shaking during transportation can easily cause them to pierce the carton and result in corner impact damage.[cite: 1]

  • Fill the gap above the graphics card with filler, and do not leave excess space that could cause shaking.[cite: 1]
  • The gaps above and around the graphics card are not filled with cushioning packaging materials, which can easily cause collision damage.[cite: 1]

  • Please use wide tape to seal the box, properly sealing the seams at the top and bottom of the carton.[cite: 1]
  • Express poly mailers have no protection and are strictly prohibited from use.[cite: 1]
