How do I check my power point documents if I get error "Unsupported file" or images are missing ?

1. In power point, click on File and select "Save As"

2. Click the black down arrow under "Save as type" and choose PowerPoint Picture Presentation (*.pptx) and it will save the file in a smaller size.
