การแก้ไขปัญหา

ลองดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้เพื่อแก้ไขข้อความข้อผิดพลาด/ปัญหานี้ (ตรวจสอบหลังจากทำแต่ละขั้นตอนว่าได้แก้ไขปัญหา):

  • ทำการรีเซ็ตเครือข่าย
    1. กด Windows key + x
    2. คลิก Network Connections
      1. คลิก Advanced network settings (ใน Windows* 11)
      2. คลิก Status (ใน Windows* 10)
    1. คลิก Network reset
  • ถอนการติดตั้งอะแดปเตอร์ไร้สายและ Bluetooth จาก Device Manager แล้วทำการติดตั้งไดรเวอร์ทั้งสองอย่างสะอาด (Bluetooth ก่อน)
