Q1. How long is this promotion valid?

This promotion runs from August 10, 2026, through Aug 9, 2027. Redeem by September 10, 2027. Once redeemed, visit one.google.com to see when your trial ends.

 

Q2. Is this offer available in my region?

The ASUS Exclusive Offer is available in countries and regions where Google AI Pro and AI Plus plans are currently accessible to end users. Purchasing an eligible product in a region where Google AI services are not supported will disqualify you from this offer. Q3. Which ASUS products are eligible for this promotion?

This offer applies only to specific ASUS models (Note: Refurbished models are excluded). To check if your device qualifies, please refer to our Support Page for the full list of qualifying products.

 

Q4. Who is “eligible” for this offer?

You are eligible for this offer if you own a qualifying ASUS device and your Google account meets one of the following criteria:

• New Google One members

• Google One members without a Google AI Pro plan / Google One members without a Google AI Plus plan

• Google One members with paid or trial Google AI Pro / Google One members with paid or trial Google AI Plus plan

• Anyone on a G1 billed FOP-gated trial

 

How to Claim the Offer

Q5. How do I redeem my Google One offer?

1. Open the MyASUS app on your device and sign in to your ASUS Account.

2. Go to User Center > Member Exclusive Coupon. Locate the offer and tap Redeem Now.

 

3. Sign in to your Google Account when prompted.

4. Enter a valid form of payment and tap Subscribe to begin your trial membership.

 

Restrictions & Cancellation

Q6. Who is “not eligible” for this offer?

You cannot redeem this offer if your Google One account meets any of the following conditions:

• Google One users subscribed to an add-on

• Google One users subscribed to a higher tier plan than the one being offered

• Google One users on a family plan who are not the plan manager

• Google One users who have a Google One subscription through a third party or affiliate

• Google One users who are a discounted Pixel bundle subscriber

 

Q7. I am an existing Google One member. What happens to my current plan?

When you subscribe, your trial starts immediately and your existing plan is cancelled. If applicable, you’ll get a refund for the remainder of your current subscription.

 

Q8. Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends? How do I cancel?

On the date your Offer Period ends, your subscription will begin. Your form of payment will be automatically charged at the standard monthly Google One subscription price, until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel anytime on the Google One app or at one.google.com.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the Offer Period. If you cancel your subscription during the Offer Period, your membership will remain active until the end of the Offer Period.
