Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is ASUS SERVICE AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED ABN 87 149 256 048 ('ASUS Service Australia') and reserves the right to alter prizes, product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice. The offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to ASUS AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED ('ASUS') resellers) associated with this Promotion are ineligible. The duration of this Promotion is between 1st September 2021 and close of business on 30th November 2021 ("Promotional Period").
To become a qualified candidate, the unique survey submission link provided to you via email or scanning the QR Code on your Service Centre Repair Report must be completed and submitted during the Promotional Period. For example, each draw is for the surveys sent from the start of the month to the end of the month, 1st September to 30th September 2021. The close entry date is Close of Business on the 7th of the following month to allow all feedback to be submitted, 7th October 2021, using the September month survey period as an example. ASUS Service Australia will randomly draw one winner from qualified candidates. The draw takes place on the 8th of the following month or the next business day if a weekend or Public Holiday. One draw per month and three draws total, with participants, including winners, allowed to enter once per survey submission, with a maximum entry of once per month, for each repair feedback throughout the promotion period. Three winners in total will be drawn by submitting the survey feedback.
To make a valid draw entry, participants must complete and submit their unique survey and then enter the draw using the online form; No other draw mechanism is valid.
The prize pool consists of three (3) AIO Zen Keyboard Mouse Set (Wireless), once per draw. The draw winner will be contacted via email and announced on this page within 48 hours of completing the draw. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other rewards. Free units cannot be exchanged for alternative models, items, or cash.
- Any unclaimed bonus items will remain the property of ASUS Service Australia.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not following these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process.
- All claims are subject to verification by ASUS Service Australia. ASUS Service Australia reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the claimant's identity.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries or other communications.
- The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for failing to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or any loss, damage, or injury resulting from technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this Promotion. The claimant should seek independent financial advice.

- The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion. Suppose the claimant checks the appropriate box on the online claim form. In that case, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
