ROG: 20 Years of Greatness
Innovate. Perform. Dominate.
For two decades, Republic of Gamers (ROG) has stood at the forefront of gaming innovation, pushing boundaries and defining excellence. To commemorate its 20th anniversary, ROG has introduced a special collection of limited-edition components, systems and gaming gear featuring the signature Edition 20 colourway.
The collection combines ROG Black, classic ROG Red, Crystal Lens elements and Radiant Gold detailing. Together, these elements celebrate ROG’s heritage, innovation and ongoing commitment to the gaming community. Because these are limited-edition products, some models have specific Dead on Arrival (DOA), repair, swap or Credit Back (CB) arrangements. Customers in Australia and New Zealand should review the terms below before making a claim.
Manufacturer's Warranty and DOA Coverage
Additional Credit Back Requirements
Some Edition 20 products contain exclusive commemorative components. These components must be returned with the product when requesting a Credit Back.
Important: A Credit Back request may be rejected by the place of purchase if the required components are missing, incomplete or not returned with the product.
Important Information
- The 30-day DOA period starts from the original purchase date shown on the purchase invoice.
- Credit Back arrangements are managed by the original place of purchase. Customers should contact their retailer to confirm the applicable process and return requirements.
- Replacement or swap stock may not be available because Edition 20 products are limited-edition models. Any replacement or swap is subject to stock availability.
- Where more than one remedy is listed, the available outcome will depend on the product condition, assessment results, stock availability and the applicable ASUS service process.
- Proof of purchase may be required to confirm the purchase date, product details and claim eligibility.
- These Edition 20 warranty terms apply in addition to, and do not limit, any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer laws.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Credit Back (CB) mean?
Credit Back is a claim outcome managed through the original place of purchase. The retailer will assess the claim and arrange the applicable credit or refund process in accordance with its procedures and the relevant ASUS terms.
When does the 30-day DOA period start?
The DOA period starts on the original purchase date shown on the purchase invoice.
Can I request a replacement instead of a repair?
A replacement or swap may only be available where it is listed as a support option and suitable stock is available. Edition 20 products are limited-edition models, so replacement stock cannot be guaranteed.
Why are some Edition 20 products Credit Back only?
Some Edition 20 products contain limited-production designs, materials or commemorative components. Repair parts or replacement stock may not be available for these products. Credit Back is therefore the available claim process for the specified models.
Do I need to return the gold-plated components?
Yes. The ROG Azoth Extreme Edition 20 Gaming Keyboard and ROG Harpe II Extreme Edition 20 Gaming Mouse include specific gold-plated components that must be returned as part of a Credit Back claim. The place of purchase may reject the request if these components are missing or incomplete.
Where should I submit a Credit Back claim?
Credit Back claims must be submitted through the original place of purchase. Contact the retailer listed on the purchase invoice for assistance.
Where should I submit a repair claim?
For products covered by Return to Base, onsite or other ASUS repair services, contact ASUS Support for the applicable service process in Australia or New Zealand.
