Thongphaphomwittaya School is a junior and senior high school in Kanchanaburi Province of Thailand that has set new goals for the 2021-22 year. "Beginning this fall semester, we will be working to improve information technology with the support of the appropriate use of technology,” explains Director Yongyut Songpayo. “We will include coding as well as creating awareness of the role of AI in the future.” Yongyut notes that he feels a responsibility to prepare students in this are of education so they can compete on the world stage. The school therefore has a plan to provide thorough and sufficient computer services for all students.

In the past, Thongphaphomwittaya School has promoted the teaching of coding, both online and offline. In the past, practical training in the classroom began with students in junior high school (grade 1) and senior high school (grade 4). The problem was that there were not enough computers for all students. In addition, stable internet connections were also an issue in the area where the school was. These problems presented major obstacles to the teaching and learning of subjects related to computers and technology.
