[NUC] Thunderbolt Port Intermittently Fails
Resolution
Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Connect another Thunderbolt USB device to see if problem continues.
- Go to Download Center and update the BIOS to the latest version
- Review the BIOS Update Instructions for NUC.
- Go to Download Center and update the chipset to the latest version.
- Go to Download Center and update the Thunderbolt™ 3 DCH Driver for Windows® 10 for NUC to the latest version.
- Go to Download Center and update the Thunderbolt™ 3 Controller Firmware to the latest version.
- If issue continues to occur, contact Customer Support.
