b-3 Connect the Wi-Fi printer and iPhone to the wireless network (Wi-Fi) of the same wireless router.

   c. Note

The iPhone and the Wi-Fi printer need to be connected to the same wireless network (Wi-Fi) source, and the Wi-Fi printer should be placed close to the wireless router to shorten the distance between the Wi-Fi printer and the wireless router.

Please refer to the FAQ below:

Please avoid using the guest network. The guest network function in the ASUS wireless router is an independent wireless network environment. If the Wi-Fi printer is connected to the wireless network (Wi-Fi) established by the guest network, it may this will cause the mobile device that wants to use the printer to not be able to find the printer.

If only the Wi-Fi printer cannot connect to the wireless network (Wi-Fi), it is recommended to contact your Wi-Fi printer manufacturer for help.

Different printer manufacturers provide different troubleshooting instructions. Please refer to the troubleshooting instructions provided by the printer manufacturer.

3. Check the Wi-Fi specifications of your Wi-Fi printer and wireless router: Check whether the Wi-Fi printer and wireless router support 2.4GHz or 5GHz, or both.

Please refer to the FAQ below:

 4. Check the IP segment of the Wi-Fi printer and wireless router:

By default, ASUS routers will randomly assign a set of virtual IPs to devices. However, if your Wi-Fi printer has a fixed IP address by default, it is recommended to change it to the same IP segment.

For example, the IP address of the Wi-Fi printer is 192.168.0.20 , and the IP network segment of the ASUS router must also be 192.168.0.1 ( the " 0" here is the IP network segment)
