Q: [NUC] Does NUC support Legacy standby?

Resolution You can check the system's supported sleep states by opening PowerShell and entering the command powercfg /availablesleepstates. It will return all the sleep states supported by the system. (See the article How to check which power sleep states are supported by your PC on Windows 10 | Windows Central ): Normally the Modern Standby is enabled (by default), and it shows that S1, S2, and S3 are not supported. See the image below:
