Windows 11 へアップグレード後、PIN、顔/指紋認証 (Windows Hello) が使用できない場合
PC を Windows 11 にアップグレード後、サインインオプションの PIN、顔/指紋認証 (Windows Hello) 機能に関して、「このサインインオプションを使用する前にパスワードを追加する必要があります」という旨の通知が表示されることがあります。その場合は、以降の記述を参照してください。
Windows 11 では、セキュリティ向上のため、通常、Microsoft アカウントを利用している場合のみ Windows Hello での顔認証サインインが利用可能です。そのため、ローカルアカウントをご使用頂いている場合は、Microsoft アカウントに切り替えて頂く必要があります。
