[Lyra][Trouble shooting] Why can’t I find any Lyra device during QIS (Quick Internet Setup)?

1. Please confirm whether LED on the top of Lyra shows the solid white light.

2. Please make sure you already enable the Bluetooth of your mobile and search the Lyra devices again. (support BLE v4.0 or above)

3. Unplug and re-plug the Lyra device to reboot Lyra and try again.

4. If Lyra still cannot be searched by the mobile with Bluetooth ON after the above actions, please reset your Lyra and try again.
