[B2C] How do I register multiple ASUS products at once?
This guide shows you how to register multiple ASUS products at once. If you only need to register a single product, please refer to our FAQ on How to register my ASUS product?
- From the ASUS Official Site, click Login at the top of the right page.
If you don’t already have account, please Sign Up first.
- After logging in, click the
Account Icon. Click ASUS Account to enter your personalized Member Center.
- Under the
my Support menu (found at the bottom of the left column), click Multiple Product Registration.
- First, confirm your company and industry information. Note: the email address you enter will later receive the confirmation email.
Consumer
Click Register one by one. This feature will allow you to register products by adding their specification information by filling our form. This is best for users registering 5 products or less.
Carefully fill in your product specifications (fields with * are required). Click Add Product when you need to include another product to register. Click the blue X to remove a product from your registration form. Once all of your products for registration have been added and you have corrected any invalid entries, complete the reCAPTCHA and click Submit.
Commercial (Business and Education)
Click Register with batch upload. This feature will allow you to upload an excel file of your serial number and product specifications. This is best for users registering more than 5 products and has a maximum limit of 2,000 products.
Prepare your upload by using the Multiple Registration Template file. Click Download Product File Template to access the file. If you are having issues downloading the file from the page, try using the links below.

Once all of your products for registration have been added and you have corrected any invalid entries, complete the reCAPTCHA and click Submit.
- Upon submission, our system will generate a tracking number for your reference. Please note that the time to process your request may vary on the quantity of units being registered.
After the system is done processing your registration request, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your results in the file attached.
